Elizabeth Troller
Liz Troller began her career with the UFCW in 2003. After briefly stepping away to pursue elementary education, she returned to UFCW Local 1625 in 2014 as Office Manager and has served as Recording Secretary since 2016. In these roles, Liz coordinates steward trainings, organizes staff development, maintains collective bargaining agreements, and conducts membership audits—work that strengthens the foundation of the Local and supports its members.
In 2015, Liz expanded her responsibilities by becoming the Fringe Benefits Coordinator for the Education and Health & Welfare Funds of UFCW Local 1625. She later added the role of Alternate Trustee in 2021. Her work includes overseeing open enrollment, facilitating scholarship awards, and managing key initiatives that support members and their families.
Liz’s dedication to uplifting workers and empowering women in labor led to her appointment as the Region 5 Coordinator for the UFCW Women’s Network in 2024. In this capacity, she has organized fundraising campaigns for survivors of domestic violence, hosted educational seminars to strengthen understanding of diversity, and increased member participation across the region.
With a deep commitment to advocacy, education, and equity, Liz continues to build stronger pathways for UFCW members and women throughout the labor movement.
