Our Mission

The mission of the UFCW Women’s Network is to unite and uplift UFCW women through a powerful international sisterhood. With women representing more than half of our union’s membership, we are a driving force for change, progress, and solidarity. The Network believes that when women lead and actively participate, our union grows stronger — at the bargaining table, in organizing campaigns, and in every space where workers’ voices deserve to be heard.
