UFCW Women’s Network 16th Biennial Convention

The UFCW 2026 Women’s Network Conference celebrated the strength, resilience, and leadership of women who are shaping the future of the labor movement. Our sisters from across the United States and Canada joined us as we came together to amplify our collective voices, inspire action, and champion equity in every workplace and community we touch.

Our Mission

The mission of the UFCW Women’s Network is to unite and uplift UFCW women through a powerful international sisterhood. With women representing more than half of our union’s membership, we are a driving force for change, progress, and solidarity. The Network believes that when women lead and actively participate, our union grows stronger — at the bargaining table, in organizing campaigns, and in every space where workers’ voices deserve to be heard.
